Especially when things get hard, it can be super difficult to see the feasibility of your dreams. Oftentimes too, it’s our own mental obstacles that hold us back. Those negative thoughts tell us what we lack instead of the power we possess.
So we thought to ourselves… What if we started a movement of people supporting each other to reach their truest potential? As lovers of fitness and healthy living, we saw this as our avenue to becoming an unwavering, motivating presence in our society.
Many of us struggle with our fitness journey and personal body image can be a big source of anxiety and dissatisfaction.
We built our brand on the principles of encouraging our community and making our customers feel comfortable and confident in their own skin. From mind to muscle. Going through some tough times of my own, I was sitting on a plane traveling for work when the “WIN” acronym came to me. “Work Is Never over!”
“Work Is Never over” so we keep churning!
I realized winning in life is not about winning races or excelling in some kind of physical triumph, it’s about having the fortitude to overcome any of life’s challenges. It’s tenacity. It’s looking ‘it can’t’ in the face and saying ‘it can, because why not’.
