Where Do You Ship? Do you ship Internationally?
We ship all across the United States. Unfortunately, we don’t ship internationally yet.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated live on the checkout page. Free shipping for specific products will also appear on-screen.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is fulfilled, tracking information will sent to you via your email address.
Do you ship to military addresses?
Yes.
When will my order ship/What shipping method will be used?
Flat rate orders ship 3-4 days after fulfillment. Express orders ship in 1-3 days. Overnight orders ship in 1 day. The shipping method is chosen randomly by our checkout program.
Can I cancel/make a change to my order?
Yes. You can cancel or make changes to your order if it hasn’t completed the fulfillment process.
How do I make a return?
To process your return contact customer service at help@winhf.com. Once we’ve confirmed your request, shipping labels and packing for your items will be sent to you. Your refund will be processed as soon as the returned package arrives at our warehouse.
Will I be charged a shipping fee for returns?
No.
How long will it take for refunds to post to my account?
This depends on how quickly your bank processes the transaction.
In what situations will returns and refunds not be eligible?
Returns and refunds are not eligible after 30 days from the purchase date.
